本次工程由永正企業工程承接，於高雄華夏路進行老舊化糞池孔蓋替換與整平作業。原現場蓋子多處破裂、變形導致氣味溢出與地面滲水，部分區域甚至堆置雜物不易清理。本案針對一樓戶外通道與室內空間，共計處理9個以上化糞池孔蓋，採用高密封、耐重型材質，避免臭味逸出並提高地面安全性。

The original pit covers were damaged, allowing foul odor to escape and causing water to accumulate in the surrounding areas. Our team replaced the broken covers—both indoors and along the outdoor alleyway—with new stainless steel lids designed for odor control, water resistance, and durability. This work ensures safety and environmental hygiene, especially suitable for old buildings and narrow residential spaces.
