本案為永正企業工程受託執行高雄「運動家大樓」社區公設區域的排水系統疏通清洗工程。因一樓出入口公共區長期積水與異味問題，現場判斷為排水系統阻塞。我們使用高壓旋轉式水刀設備，針對彎管及地排管路進行深層清洗，現場同步使用燈源照明、完整記錄，並在施工前後做好地面防滑與清潔作業。適用大型社區、公寓大樓等高頻使用區域。
✔️ 社區大樓地排管線疏通，解決積水與堵塞問題This project was commissioned to Yong Zheng Environmental Engineering to conduct high-pressure drain cleaning at the public entrance area of the "Sportsman Building" in Kaohsiung. Due to long-term water accumulation and unpleasant odor, we identified a drainage blockage. Using high-pressure rotary water jet equipment, we performed deep cleaning for floor drains and pipe bends. Lighting was provided during night operations to ensure safety, and the entire process was documented. Pre- and post-cleaning site protection and anti-slip measures were also implemented. This service is ideal for large residential complexes and frequently used public areas.
